Tracking numbers are typically uploaded to our system each evening for the previous day's shipments.

If your package indicates that it was shipped and you still do not see your tracking number, email customerservice@babyfans.com or call us at 678.453.8588 and we will manually look up the tracking number for you! Do not worry, this happens from time to time and we will be happy to look up the tracking number for you.

Custom Products:

Louisville Slugger Bats, Storage Cubes and other (Baby Fanatic?) ship directly from the manufacturer and may take a longer processing time than the products shipping directly from our warehouse.

Louisville Slugger Custom bats are shipped via UPS directly from the Louisville Slugger warehouse. Custom bats take up to 4 weeks to be produced.
